This website (volpesoftware.com) is operated by Volpe Software Oy (Business ID 3621841-5), a company registered in Finland. We keep the data we collect to a minimum. This page explains what is collected, why, and what happens when you interact with embedded content or outbound links.

What We Collect

This site does not use accounts, forms, or first-party analytics or tracking cookies. The following data is processed:

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every request (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. This is a normal part of operating any website and is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we process your email address and message contents only to respond to you.

Embedded YouTube Video

Our trailer is shown as a thumbnail with a play button. The video itself is not loaded until you click play. Once you do, YouTube (operated by Google LLC) loads the player and may set cookies and collect data according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (“no cookie”) embed mode, which limits this further. No video data is loaded before you actively choose to play it.

Outbound Links

This site links out to third-party platforms, including Steam (Valve Corporation) and Google Drive(Google LLC). These links only take effect when clicked. Once you leave our site, that platform’s own privacy policy and terms apply — we have no control over how they handle your data.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own. The only cookies that may be set are by YouTube, and only after you choose to play the embedded trailer, as described above.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example, email correspondence), to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
